Grupo Altube / Bodegas Garmendia
Hand selected Tempranillo and Graciano harvest. Fermented at 26ºC, and later macerated for up to 24-25 days. After the malolactic fermentation the wine is racked in French and American oak barrels where it is aged for 12-16 months. After being bottled it is stored in our bottle racks for a further 10-12 months.
